Privacy Policy
Last Updated: July 27, 2026
1. Introduction
CreatorFinder LLC ("CreatorFinder," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website www.creatorfinderai.com and related services, including our creator research platform, our database of creator and business contact information, our Smartlead outreach integration, and our SMS-based assistant ("Jesse") (together, the "Services").
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights available to you. It applies to visitors to our website, registered users of the Services, and individuals whose professional contact information appears in our database.
Because our Services include a database of professionally sourced contact information, this policy contains a dedicated section (Section 3) for creators, experts, and business owners whose information may appear in that database, including how to request removal.
2. Information We Collect From Users
2.1 Information You Provide Directly
- Account information. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored in hashed form via our authentication provider).
- Payment information. When you purchase a subscription, payment is processed by Stripe, our payment processor. We receive limited billing details (such as name, billing address, card brand, and last four digits). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Phone number and SMS content. If you choose to use Jesse, our SMS assistant, we collect your mobile phone number and the content of the text messages you exchange with the Service.
- Search parameters and preferences. The niches, filters, and outreach parameters you configure within the Services.
- Communications. Information you send us by email, through our live chat widget, or through other support channels.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data. Pages viewed, features used, searches run, session duration, and interaction patterns.
- Device and log data. IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and timestamps.
- Cookies and similar technologies. See Section 6.
3. Creator & Business Contact Database (Information About Non-Users)
CreatorFinder maintains a database of professional contact information and business growth signals relating to creators, influencers, experts, and business owners. If you are a creator, your information may appear in our database even if you have never used our Services. Here is what you should know:
3.1 What We Collect and Where It Comes From
- Sources. Publicly available sources (such as public websites, public social media profiles, podcast and video platforms, and business registries) and licensed third-party data providers.
- Categories. Name, business or professional email address, social media handles and public profile information, website URL, audience and content metrics, and business growth signals (for example: active hiring listings, publicly promoted webinars, publicly accessible communities, and marketing technologies detected on a public website, such as analytics tags or advertising pixels).
- What we do not collect for the database. We do not collect government identifiers, financial account information, precise geolocation, health information, or other sensitive personal information for the database.
3.2 How This Information Is Used
This information is made available to our customers so they can identify and contact creators about potential business partnerships. Customers may export contact information to third-party outreach tools (such as Smartlead) to send business-to-business communications.
3.3 Your Right to Opt Out or Be Removed
If you are a creator and want your information removed from our database, email support@creatorfinderai.com with the subject line "Data Removal Request" and the email address or profile you want removed. We will process verified removal requests within 30 days (or sooner where required by law) and take reasonable steps to suppress your information from reappearing in future data updates.
You may also exercise the access, correction, deletion, and opt-out rights described in Sections 10 and 11, which apply to database records as well as user accounts.
4. SMS / Text Messaging (Jesse)
- Consent. You will only receive text messages from Jesse if you opt in by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive messages. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency varies based on your usage of the assistant.
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
- Opting out. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@creatorfinderai.com.
- No marketing resale of your number. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data collected for Jesse are used to provide the Service and are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
